This included porting and testing 90+ mainframe applications, acquisition of 18 mainframe software packages and phased migration from Citibank processing to Morgan Stanley processing.Planned Branch Server consolidation project. Cost avoidance of over $4MM/year upon completion. 600+ branch servers decommissioned with directory, file, print, and middleware services updated to service-specific offerings. Complex migration logistics and planning touching over 20,000 users.Organized deployment of Wealth Management distributed infrastructure into IBM Data Centers.Led 9/11 WTC infrastructure recovery. Managed the acquisition, installation, relocation, and deployment of the technology infrastructure of over 3400 employees displaced from the World Trade Center due to the September 11, 2001 disaster.
