Lewisville is a 650,000 SQFT distribution center operating 24/7 to receive, kit, pick, pack, ship over 20,000 SKUs. Meriden was a 100,000 SQFT cross-dock operation. Managed a team of 360 non-exempt associates and 18 exempt leaders across six shifts. Exceeded targets within company site classification by receiving exemplary ratings for site metrics in: safety, standardization, 5S, quality, and process improvements. Maximized reverse logistics efficiencies in customer returns and excess and obsolete business groups. Completed ISO 9001 recertification in 2012.
