Managed claims adjusters for State Farm’s Initial Loss Reporting (ILR) and All-Weather Claims (AWC) teams. Trained incoming adjusters to the client’s standard. Monitored calls, claims, and metrics to determine adjuster performance. Responded to customer concerns. Former field estimator on the Allstate catastrophe team and total loss handler for AAA's catastrophe team.Developed training tools and resources to enhance learning. The tools and resources were utilized in several of our client's auto claims departments. Proficient in CCC, ECS, and Guidewire.

Role initially involved investigating potential auto injury with an emphasis on New York and Pennsylvania bodily injury. Investigations also included homeowners, personal articles policies, vehicle damage, uninsured motorist, personal injury protection, and rate evasion. Claims often involved litigation and denials. Promoted to screener which involved reviewing vast amounts of incoming claims for fraud indicators. Further researched each potentially fraudulent claim and routed them directly to investigators. Collaborated with claim teams to review the ever-changing nature of fraud to uncover new patterns of fraudulent claims. Developed specialized search criteria to better identify claims that needed more attention.
