Basic Order Agreement (BOA) AF Phase 8 & 9, Multiple Locations, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntsville District, Site Manager, Quality Control and Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO). Site Manager, Quality Control and Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO). Responsible for conducting minor/emergency repairs and minor construction services on the DLA-Energy capitalized petroleum facilities and or oversight management of daily operations, quality control and site safety in the replacement various components, inspection and repair at 35 Air Force and ANG installations. Oversaw welding operations and nondestructive testing of welding operations, pump seal replacement trouble shooting and repair of product recovery tank, dispenser repairs, oil water separator cleaning and inspections. Additional work activities include testing and repair of 75 pressure relief valves, repair of high level control valves, tank repairs, and fuel pimp motor replacement. Daily activities included safety meetings, updating as-built drawings, coordination of contractors and deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Assisted with material and project plans submittals process; ensured compliance with contract documents and specifications. Recorded construction and quality control activities on daily log books; provided detailed photographic documentation of work performed; and drafted/submitted daily activity reports.

Performed preventive and major maintenance on liquid fuel systems used for storing, distributing and dispensing gasoline, diesel fuel, E-85, JP-10 (missile fuel), JP-4, and JP-8 jet fuels.Managed periodic inspections on liquid fuel systems for leakage, corrosion, faulty fittings and inoperative electrical and mechanical components and made necessary repairs or adjustmentsEnsured precautionary safety measures were being followed to prevent fire, explosions and injury to personnel, as I worked with highly flammable petroleum productsInspected and repaired the many electrical and mechanical components that made up an Air Force fuel system.
