I believe that support and guidance in a person’s life, carries enormous benefits for personal development by breeding confidence, discipline and social skills. My current aim as a integrations lead is to deliver a high standard of support for people to gain experience, training and guidance, celebrate people’s achievements and promote moral, social and cultural development. Furthermore, to progress and to enhance opportunities for employment, along side maintaining and creating new relationships with stake holders and support networks.I aim to provide the skills necessary for people to excel while on the programs we deliver throughout their adult years resulting in employment, as well as experience deviling education programs across two prisons, NEET learner provisions and being a key worker on the Work and Health Program by supporting and encouraging clients to engage in both friendly and a safe environment. I use my skills of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship to support adults and provide them with a role model. I feel that I have a positive influence on my clients and people I meet. I enjoy building strong and lasting relationships and helping improve different environments and communities. I strive to the best I can and enjoy working in a fast pace and ever-changing role. I am extremely passionate about changing lives and building a safe place for this to happen.
