I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications (Hons.) from the University of Malta in 2008. In 2013 I graduated in a Post-Graduate Diploma in Information and Records Management from the University of Northumbria (Newcastle), which certification is recognised at Masters level by MQRIC. In 2018 I also obtained a Diploma in Digital Marketing, offered by the Institute of Computer Education (Malta), and recognised by MQRIC at Level 5. I also hold ECDL certification and a Certificate in General Studies (Theology & Philosophy) from the University of Malta.Between 2008 and 2010 I was employed at the Malta Broadcasting Authority as an Information Officer. Developing - during the exercise of my role - an interest in archives and records management, I decided to change career path and in 2010 commenced working at the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) as a Records Management Officer, which role I held till the end of 2014. Subsequently, in the beginning of 2015, I was admitted as a student at the Archbishop's Major Seminary in Rabat, Malta, following my request to discern whether I was called to the priesthood vocation. During the formation period I completed the first year component of academic studies in theology and philosophy. In March 2017 I decided that I should not continue pursuing this vocational path, which nevertheless I still look at with esteem. Presently, I am employed as a Library and Education Resources Administrator at the Gozo-based Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry School, that forms part of the Queen Mary University of London. I am keen into photography and proof reading, both in Maltese and English. I also write Maltese poetry and have a considerable collection of poems, which, one day, I would like to see published.
