Robert Gerwing received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Indiana University before pursuing his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa. Bob has over 30 years business experience, in which he has spent the majority of that time building and managing investment portfolios for clients. He prides himself on being dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He is dedicated to studying and understanding the markets, and has managed risk in client portfolios through the many ups and downs of market cycles.As a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor, Bob works to craft the appropriate strategies that fall in line with his client’s visions for a wealthier future. Gerwing holds his Series 7 license, in addition to both the Series 63 and Series 65, which allows him to serve as a fiduciary, securities agent and an investment advisor representative, and throughout his career he has been educated and trained by some of the best minds in the business.Bob is an industry professional with vast knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, and has worked his decades long investments career at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association. He is also a standing member of the American Association of Individual Investors since 1994.During his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and working on his golf game. He’s been married for 28 years and has two children.
