While enrolled in Marywood University's Master of Architecture Program, my responsibilities as the Digital Fabrication Graduate Assistant include overseeing much of the daily activity which takes place in our Digital Fabrication Lab. I ensure that my team of work-study students are maintaining machines, following the standard operating procedure, and that the machine are functioning properly. I have considerable experience working with our Epilogue Laser Cutters as I worked as a Laser Cutter Technician the year prior, when I was able to assist with the transition into use of a new program, train work-study students, and work with faculty and staff to create and revise a laser cutter standard operating procedure.

My responsibilities included leading the work-study team which was composed of ten students and an additional Laser Cutter Supervisor. As Supervisor, I assisted with the transition to our new Digital Fabrication Lab with of the addition of two more Epilogue Laser Cutters and the implementation of a new program (Adobe Illustrator). During the semester I worked with faculty and staff to create a new Standard Operating Procedure, conducted monthly meetings with the rest of my team to ensure proper operation of machines, and worked the laser cutters for students.
