Built up a world class team of 100+ employees incl. direct reports from Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Culture & Team and Project Management- Took responsibility for key talent acquisition, organizational structure and development enabling the company to scale from 40+ to 100+ employees and from one to two products within 18 months incl. reporting lines, KPI definition and monitoring- Set companies technical and operational foundation to enable multi million financing rounds- Developed QUARTERS product and brand- Led go to market strategy of Co-Living Brand QUARTERS- Accounted launch of European and US operations with twoflagship properties in Berlin and New York City in May 2017
