Briefing in-house engineers on technical specifications for manufactured product. Managing all aspects of Health & Safety on site. Appointing & managing teams of contractors and site staff on an ongoing basis during the construction phase.Working with in house surveying team on all aspects of contract negotiations, terms and conditions and change control.Working with main contractors, architects, surveyors and engineers to ensure a co-ordinated and effective service provision to the client.Ensuring delivery of all projects to budget, on time and to a high quality of finish. Managing client expectations and ensuring a positive ongoing business relationship is developed. Show less
