Robert Goodfellow is a communications, marketing and social impact leader leveraging twenty years of subject matter expertise built in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to contribute to Colgate-Palmolive Company’s purpose-filled growth.Whether supporting a U.S. Senator or advising Colgate business leaders who manage the brand that’s in more homes than any other, Robert has demonstrated how strategic communications create positive impact on people and the planet — as well as positive business results.Robert is on Colgate-Palmolive's Global Corporate Communications Leadership Team and is a longtime team leader and people manager. He is constantly learning and building new skills and cares about sharing his expertise to contribute to the success of others. He dedicates time to serve on two nonprofit boards: Episcopal Charities of New York, which is community-based, and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association Educational Foundation, which is national in scope. Robert previously served as Chair of Colgate-Palmolive’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.Robert received his BA from Georgetown University and MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
