As a lawn care technician, I applied fertilizer, herbicide, and insecticides at client properties to ensure a great quality lawn. In addition, I inspected properties to make sure all aspects of the landscape were cared for well and properly. I communicated directly with our clientele and answered questions pertaining to the services I provided as well as the other services Kane Landscapes offers.

As a Legal Assistant, I drafted correspondence, court pleadings, orders, and agreements. I also communicated directly with clients, the Courts, opposing counsels and interested parties in order to help the attorneys create the best outcomes for our clients. I was also partially responsible for maintaining databases, files, records, and collection accounts. Further, I conducted general and legal research, as required by specific cases.

As a production assistant, I helped the production team complete projects in each stage of production. Besides production duties, I researched and investigated practical solutions to logistic and technical problems related to production. I also provided service to customers when I was able.

As a Group Leader, I was primarily responsible for counseling children, ages 13-18. I lived with the children five days a week in a wilderness setting. I worked with the children on both an individual and a group basis in order to provide them with a well-rounded social and moral development program.

As a Student Fuqua International Communications Center Assistant, I engage FICC patrons concerning technical issues with equipment and software as well as provide both general and specific customer service related questions.

In the Post Office, I help with distribution of mail and occasional customer service activities.

Each summer between academic years, I worked as a Summer Toll Collector for the PA Turnpike Commission. My duty required me to politely engage many customers as well as handle large sums of money. Furthermore, I provided customer service to any customer who needed assistance.
