I am charged with helping strengthen every town and city in South Florida by building bridges between civic groups, families, government and philanthropists.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a diversity of programs for over 4,000 youth and adults every summer. Manage a budget of $2 million and responsible for hiring, training, conducting performance reviews and managing salaries for 75 seasonal staff. Coordinate volunteers and staff outside of the summer to promote and develop the camp and provide weekend programming throughout the year for over 400 youth and adults at each event. Responsible for developing and implementing robust marketing campaigns with direct mail, email and social media to ensure sustainability throughout the year. Due to COVID-19, quickly developed and launched a robust and innovative virtual summer camp experience with programs and projects to keep youth engaged and participating throughout the summer from the safety of their homes across the US and around the world. Spearheaded an aggressive membership drive and successfully Increased district youth membership by 15% (one hundred and seventy new members) in an organization that traditionally decreased on average 3% annually. Managed 35 staff and over 1500 campers each summer. Managed an annual operating budget of $500,000 and was responsible for hiring, training, and conducting annual performance reviews. Successfully managed the renovation of 50% of the camp public facilities. Successfully increased camp attendance by 15% by creating and implementing a rigorous marketing campaign through direct mail, email and social media. Collaborated with Borough of Manhattan Community College administrators to promote an arts transfer program from the college to the arts program at Alfred University. Successfully launched a University Snapchat account to promote the arts transfer program still being used today @AlfredU. Managed and participated in recruiting events downstate New York to recruit students to the university. Networked with New York City arts high schools. Reported trends in college search process to the Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.
