Providing executive leadership for Nimbis Services, Inc. Nimbis is a cloud services company in the Digital Analysis Computing (DAC) industry that connects its clients transparently through an industry wide clearinghouse with computing services, software, and expertise. The primary goal is to provide low-risk, low-effort “pay-as-you go” access to DAC for small to midsize companies who are currently unable to move beyond technical computing on the desktop. Nimbis partners with the world’s leading computing services companies to provide experimental and periodic users with a choice growing "shopping cart" of pre-qualified, pre-negotiated services from HPC cycle providers, independent software vendors, domain experts and regional solution providers, delivered on a “pay-as-you-go” basis.

As Director of Innovation at the University of Southern California Information Sciences Institute (ISI), worked to advance the development of advanced national high performance computing (HPC) collaborative environments that would help companies, universities and national laboratories share high performance computing systems and computational science expertise. Provided leadership in working with the Council on Competitiveness, leading academic HPC centers, universities, industry leaders, supply chain companies and government agencies As direct result of this experience, the need to lower the entry level barriers, co-founded Nimbis Services Inc a cloud computing brokerage service startup based in McLean, VA.

Mr. Graybill, represented University of Southern California Information Sciences Institute (ISI) at the Council of Competitiveness, in leading the formation of an advanced national high performance computing (HPC) collaboration efforts that would help link companies, universities and national laboratories together to share high performance computing systems and computational science expertise. The goal was to improve the competitive position of U.S. companies in world markets.

While at DARPA designed, developed and implemented six new transformational programs in high-end computing architectures and responsive embedded computing hardware, software and network systems. These programs were coordinated with other government agencies, laboratories, federally-funded research and development centers and non-profit organizations. He was a member of the Senior Science Team leading a number of government sponsored studies in high-end computing, including the Defense Science Board task force on DoD Supercomputing Needs and the High-End Computing Revitalization Task Force.
