I have worked in the Food and Beverage Industry since I was 16 in high school, mainly in the Coffee Industry. I worked with Peet's Coffee as my first job in college and a retail store. After experiencing the coffee and customer atmosphere, I applied for Starbucks with HMS Host for the San Francisco Airport and my skills and knowledge increased exponentially. I was promoted to Supervisor to Assistant Store Manager within 6 months and worked with HMS Host for 2 years. I was the Lead Training Manager for all stores in San Francisco Airport and supported training in Portland and Denver International Airports. Due to COVID, I was furloughed and had to look for employment elsewhere. I joined corporate Starbucks in November 2020 and worked with Starbucks again for 2 years until I was employed with the Credit Union of Colorado. I am self-taught, determined and consider myself a team leader who has developed not only myself, but encouraged others to hone in on their skills and develop in the company.
