CurrentWork with President to define markets, growth goals, budgets and strategies. Manage growth strategy and operations of company. Research, target and implement software platforms to optimize efficiency in day to day operations. Lead management team to meet organizational goals. Support managers by defining, outlining and targeting their team goals and budgets. Provide weekly and monthly reports to track regional, district and territory goals. Perform field evaluations on a weekly basis. Schedule and coordinate management meetings on a monthly basis. Outline, organize and lead, board meetings with President, managers and administrative teams on a quarterly basis. Create year end reports based on revenues, performances and objectives attained: to use during performance reviews of management and each of their team members. Finally, overview and approve payroll based on contracts.
