Project manage numerous outside vendors completing a 380 site LTE modification for a major wireless carrier in the Atlantic and Northeast markets. Completed: site audits and visits, construction drawing sketches, drafted amendments and submitted collocation, zoning and building permit applications. Also responsible for the quality control of designs, construction drawings, collocation and permit applications.

Project Manager and self performed UMTS, LTE, AWS and WCS system upgrades in the east. Managed numerous outside vendors. Reviewed, corrected and submitted: RFDS sheets, collocation applications, construction drawings, structural analysis, amendments, zoning and building permit applications. Submit, review & approve purchase orders and invoices and completed project closeouts and financial true ups. Identified and mitigated potential risk scenarios and interfaced directly with the Vendors and Clients weekly.

Independent Contractor completing Site Acquisition services for: Buell Consulting, Central States Tower, Hudson Towers, Meridian Telecom, Minnesota Towers, The Hall Institute and Velocitel throughout the Midwest. Solely responsible for project management completing new site builds, new collocations and site modifications for numerous technologies and carriers. I completed site research, site identification, forecasted and tracked milestones, negotiated and drafted easements, licenses, leases and amendments, attended site walks, completed audits, designed sites, applied for regulatory entitlements and zoning and building permits.

Responsible for due diligence investigation, site identification and candidate packages, contract negotiation and drafting, coordinating, ordering and scheduling civil services, attending all planning and zoning meetings and applying for and obtaining building permits. Acquired and zoned 39 new 250’ towers for SBA in Wisconsin to complete the Alamosa initial network launch. I was given the task of training new Agents. I was also responsible for the strategic site development and due diligence investigations for new strategic tower builds.

Involved with every aspect of a turn-key Cellular/PCS network build-out including: contract bidding, project setup, organization, coordination and management, site identification, contract negotiation, zoning and title research, zoning meetings, filing and approval of all entitlements and pulling of permits. I was instrumental in the initial network-launch of Airadigm, Alamosa, Indus and Voice Stream's Wisconsin markets. In 1998 working independently I acquired, zoned and permitted 90+ new sites.
