Robert had been a Global Operations Executive for FMCG companies for over two decades. Skilled in global strategy development and deployment with focused expertise on LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. His passion for continuous improvement began with Frito-Lay's in house developed team-based system. Robert utilized this system to drive performance at his first four Frito-Lay manufacturing assignments. Upon becoming VP of Operations at Associated British Foods, Robert found Competitive Dynamics International (CDI). The CDI proprietary LEAN system was implemented in the five North American facilities with great success. Upon Robert joining Imperial Brands, he again implemented the CDI system into a factory in The Netherlands. The business results achieved at that factory resulted in Robert being promoted to SVP - Business Process Improvement. The CDI system was deployed throughout Global Operations.
