Provide expert CI/HUMINT advice/support to current and future CI/HUMINT operations within the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). • Review HUMINT proposal for sensitive source operations within the CENTCOM AOR. • Identify and recommend changes to future CI operations or investigations. • Conduct research and provide recommendations on CI reviews of all source operations within the Afghanistan/Pakistan operating area.

Deployed and served as the Director, FOSWA, a forward deployed CI/HUMINT unit which directly supports the U.S. Army Central Command (ARCENT) AOR. Responsible for all aspects of planning and operations for FOSWA. • Partnered with the State Department and Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense to identify, investigate, and arrest a known Improvised Explosive Device Facilitator. • Oversaw the implementation of new operations which resulted in the expansion of HUMINT operations outside of the geographical boundaries of Kuwait providing the ARCENT Commanding General timely and relevant terrorism intelligence used to make decisions. • Directly supervised 5 intelligence teams, engaging in CI collection functions, HUMINT, source operations, host nation liaison and overt operations in two countries. • Assisted in operational planning and policy development and communicated results to source handling elements.
