Dr. Robert Hall has worked in the vocational evaluation and rehabilitation field since 1973 and has maintained his own career guidance & vocational rehabilitation consulting practice in California since 1980. Dr. Hall frequently serves as an expert witness on civil cases and has provided vocational rehabilitation assessment and planning services for over 3,000 individuals, focusing on significant work impairment and disability, including spinal cord, ABI/TBI, severe trauma, all forms of musculoskeletal/orthopedic injuries, and psychological trauma, including sexual abuse issues. Dr. Hall is an expert on the labor market, earnings capacity, and disability issues, including strategies for return to work and vocational rehabilitation. Dr. Hall has a B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Human Rehabilitation from the University of Northern Colorado. In 1994 he helped establish the Work & Health Technologies Center at San Diego State University and served as full-time faculty through 2002. He served an Adjunct Professor in SDSU’s graduate Rehabilitation Counseling program.
