Installed and maintaining Allscripts Patient Management System. Responsible for developing and managing the Information Systems department consisting of setup, administration and maintenance of Misys Homecare Software, creation of specialty reports that interface with Misys, created a company Intranet, maintained asset database with computer help desk support software, trainer for all levels of staff members in MS Office Suite, Misys and other computer software/hardware, developed operations manual, support 95 local and remote computers, work closely with clinical support staff to enhance processes and software enhancement, procurement of office equipment and communications, setup/maintain computer networks in 8 locations, created auto reports that are automatically emailed to key staff members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
