Helped to set up a supported vcolunteer scheme for adults with learning disabilties. Helping to recuit,train a volunteer to support an adult with a learning disabilty in a variety of different community organstions. the job also inculded sorcing the placements,doing the risk assesments and getting it all in motion. We all employed an adult with a learning disability who i worked with one day a work. whilst there I also covered the maternity leave of the volunteer co-ordinter. I was also a member of the oprganstion divessity comitee
