Management of the organisations’ billing function: • Control and responsibility of all elements pertaining to the billing and revenue systems • Creation, verification and distribution of invoices, itemized billing, customer reports, dealer commission reports, sales manager reports and all other control documents throughout the internal and external channels. • The planning, development, testing, implementation and ongoing support for billing platforms. • Developing ISO procedures and training material for the roles involved throughout the billing process. • Building strong relationships with internal & external suppliers to ensure the quality of service delivered to end users. • Managing the Supply Chain in Billing: Ensuring all deliverables is at a high standard and integrates with current systems. • Building and developing a relationship with upstream suppliers and downstream customers to ensure the mutual benefits of the relationship are transferred and enjoyed by both parties. BI Reporting & Analysis: • In-depth SQL reports, developing data warehouse frameworks to bring together data sets from multiple systems, in order to create, analyse and report to multiple internal stakeholders. • Seasonal Revenue Forecasts, fault analysis, call centre performance evaluation, billing profitability - per product category. • Continuous improvement of reports across our CRM, Financial and billing systems in order to produce accurate, timely and usable information relevant to each department in the organisation.
