Operational Delivery• Build business requirements, execute projects and derive business insights• Define new process improvements• Complete projects/tasks assigned as well as ad-hoc requests from business.• Engage with business partners to create and understand project and task requirements and design deliverables as well as reporting.• Create Information and Insights reports in the form of PowerPoint, Dash boarding or Excel.Data to Analytic Insights• Create Business Requirements documents for Solutions up to Data Modelling and Data Mapping stages including Presentation Specifications (excluding Technical Specifications)• Conduct data processes for profiling & preparation: cleaning and error removal; validation; storage and data warehousing; summarization and aggregation; presentation and reporting• Turn data into information so that the business stakeholder can gain a better understanding of the gaps within their business• Utilise data to provide insights to the business stakeholder in order to make effective business decisions• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical tools and provide ongoing reports• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and data analytics• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems• Identify, analyse and interpret trends in complex data sets• Knowledge of trends in advanced analytics and/or machine learning technologies in areas such as forecasting, regression analysis, clustering etc.• Experienced with working in an agile environment

Management of the organisations’ billing function: • Control and responsibility of all elements pertaining to the billing and revenue systems • Creation, verification and distribution of invoices, itemized billing, customer reports, dealer commission reports, sales manager reports and all other control documents throughout the internal and external channels. • The planning, development, testing, implementation and ongoing support for billing platforms. • Developing ISO procedures and training material for the roles involved throughout the billing process. • Building strong relationships with internal & external suppliers to ensure the quality of service delivered to end users. • Managing the Supply Chain in Billing: Ensuring all deliverables is at a high standard and integrates with current systems. • Building and developing a relationship with upstream suppliers and downstream customers to ensure the mutual benefits of the relationship are transferred and enjoyed by both parties. BI Reporting & Analysis: • In-depth SQL reports, developing data warehouse frameworks to bring together data sets from multiple systems, in order to create, analyse and report to multiple internal stakeholders. • Seasonal Revenue Forecasts, fault analysis, call centre performance evaluation, billing profitability - per product category. • Continuous improvement of reports across our CRM, Financial and billing systems in order to produce accurate, timely and usable information relevant to each department in the organisation.
