Current• Involved in all stages of development across various projects - strategy stage, planning, commercial feasibility including cash flow development/analysis, viability testing , funding approval, contract supervision.• Assist with the identification of development sites and acquisition opportunities, preparing feasibility and economic appraisals.• Project budget and programme reviews for a variety of residential projects.• Procurement review and advice on construction contracts and collateral warranties• Advice on the different construction methods.• Manage relationships with third party service providers and external advisers.• Represent NAMA at multidisciplinary design team meetings for design and construction stages.
