CurrentFocusing on dialysis industry, accomplished migration of on-premises EMR Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to secure, HIPAA compliant Cloud hosting. Integrated several independent EMR systems with each other allowing reliable and secure HL7 data exchange. Supported Staff and Customers in multiple locations throughout USA, Canada and Europe.• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of technologies, tools, and process controls to minimize cybersecurity risk and data exposure.• Experience in managing and securing Azure Cloud infrastructure, Domain Service/Azure Active Directory, including Group Policy.• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Autopilot) including licensing. • Proficient in scripting PowerShell scripting, familiar with Python, REST API, JSON and SQL.• Experience in data reporting including Crystal Reports and PowerBI. • Managed and successfully implemented multiple projects tailored to an SMB setting.• Experience with cloud telephony systems and collaboration platforms, including Teams, Zoom and WebEx• Excellent oral and writing communication skils with ability to communcate to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Experience in working within Healthcare and Electronic Medical Record services focused on Hemodialysis.• Knowledgeable in SEC regulatory requirements, SOC1, SOC2, HIPAA, HITECH Act and the technology required to meet those requirements.• Focus on designing and developing of data management strategies and integration. • Demonstrated ability to develop DR/BCP/Incident Response plans, policies, and procedures to ensure system availability and site recovery.• Continued self-education with the goal to stay current with technological developments.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
