Key projects1. Transport for London (TfL). Recently engaged as the Interim Head of Project Management in support of the delivery of the TfL 10,000 homes target. A hugely exciting and challenging programme to deliver affordable, private for sale and ‘built to rent’ homes along with commercial property on TfL owned land.Responsibilities include the development of a suite of project management processes; growing the project management team and function and providing technical and commercial advice to the property development team.2. Grosvenor Square Ltd. Contract Administration and Project Management for the completion stages of 20 Grosvenor Square (20GS). This is a highly serviced, complex and prestigious ‘super-prime’ residential development delivered behind a retained, Grade ii listed façade in one of London’s grandest garden squares. Now operated by Four Seasons Hotels.20GS, a traditionally procured contract, had been beset with technical and contractual issues. I was drafted in to support a T&T partner in March 2018 to drive the PM and Contract Administration (CA) duties to facilitate the earliest Practical Completion date. Took on the day to day director oversight and coached the PM team. Researched a number of complex design and installation defects which facilitated, where necessary, a robust defence of the Client’s commercial position. 20GS reached PC in August 2019.3. Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC). My team provided commercial support to BPSDC to manage their Agreement for Lease (AfL) with Apple Europe Ltd. We developed systems and processes to facilitate the professional management of the AfL and provided consultant PM advice during the integration of the Apple/Foster’s design with the BPSDC/WilkinsonEyre design. In addition, I reorganised and thereby stabilised the BPSDC site-wide team which has enabled the delivery of roads and infrastructure across all phases of the development.

Director - Urban Regeneration Key projectsLondon and Continental Railways (LCR). Project Director overseeing the Competitive Dialogue Procurement process for the Mayfield scheme in Manchester. A Public Private procurement process to secure a Joint Venture partner to deliver LCR’s £1.1bn high quality, office led regeneration scheme at Mayfield in the heart of Manchester Piccadilly.I am proud to have supported the LCR leadership team through this complex procurement process which resulted in the selection of U&I as the private sector partner to join LCR, Manchester City Council and Transport for Greater Manchester (The Mayfield Partnership) to deliver this exciting regeneration project. The team have now submitted the planning application for the first phase of this project which includes the creation of a high quality, nine-storey, 70,000 sq.ft. office building overlooking Mayfield Park - the city centre’s first new park in more than 100 years.

Responsible for; setting strategy, driving performance and delivering major regeneration projectsKey projects• £850m Surrey Canal scheme which delivers; 2,400 new homes, a new East London Line station; 150 bed hotel & conferencing centre and extensive commercial, retail, leisure and public realm facilities. Currently completing CPO due diligence. • £200m Lewisham Gateway Project progressed to construction stage. This scheme delivers significant infrastructure re-modelling, creating a development site for 800 new homes, retail, leisure and public realm facilities. • 300 new homes and a new park for the £58m Deptford Southern Housing scheme. • Directed the negotiations to move the £55m Deptford Rise scheme to delivery. • Catford Town Centre - major regeneration and transport infrastructure scheme• Directing a large, multi-disciplinary workforce through a period of unprecedented public sector change.
