If there's one thing I have learned from my years on this earth is that business is in everything we do. People are constantly selling themselves and working to demonstrate their value in life in order to create an image they can be proud of. Being the son of a successful small business owner, this is something I learned at a young age. I began working for my father at 10 years old and since then he has been my mentor, guiding me through what it takes to run a business the right way. My work ethic has always been something I pride myself on. At my job, being the owners son was always a motivator for me because I worked with a passion not only to make my father proud but to eliminate the impression of entitlement that came with the name. When I started, I was in the shop, putting together snowmobiles among other powersports vehicles. Since then I have been able to work my way up the whole process from manufacturing and maintenance to sales and distribution. I currently work as a sales associate and recently have taken over the role of service manager. My motivation to prove my value is carried with me in everything I do. Every job I have had, I have aimed to exceed the expectations of my coworkers and my superiors. Aside from work, I've never failed to show my determination to succeed in the classroom and on field. I have never been one to disappoint coworkers, teammates or classmates. I have never been fired from a job and I was even voted captain of the Bryant Rugby team for the 2020-2021 season. Bryant University better shaped my understanding of the business world. As a Global Supply Chain Management major, I was able to learn in depth how the entire supply chain functions as a whole. I also competed in many sales competitions and business projects that gave me real life business training and experience to use for future careers. I bring a hard working and determined attitude to my work environment. When I am working on a project, I strive to work at maximum efficiency and it becomes very hard to distract me from my tasks. I've always worked well with my coworkers but I enjoy the focus that comes from working alone. When I run into problems, I find the solutions. I take my work extremely seriously and at the end of the day, I don't leave before my work is completed.
