Managed Support Department of 14 employees servicing over 1700 automotive dealers for rapid growing Customer Relationship Management software company. Oversee technical support operations, inbound call management, facilitate relationships between opposing operational components (development, web design, data integration, sales, executive management, third party vendors, human resources, marketing) and handle escalated dealer relationship issues.

Conducted sales presentations, meetings as well as implemented programs to promote company financial products to primarily Ford Lincoln and Mercury dealers. Implemented various risk mitigation strategies to limit company exposure regarding inventory levels, aged inventory and marginal retail purchases. Communicated company policies and actions to dealer principals and management while fully responsible for the dealer relationship.

Managed Wholesale Department of 12 employees servicing 139 floor planned dealers comprised of over $1.5 Billion in receivables. The department prepared dealer credit files in order to determine key risk factors that were used to decision wholesale lines as well as capital, revolving, construction and mortgage loans. Managed risk mitigation techniques and controls, ensuring company policies and procedures were followed at all times. Managed through defaults resulting in “Out of Trust” situations and successfully recovered company funds through asset liquidation.

Managed Retail Credit Department of 15 employees that originated customer contracts for personal as well as commercial use. The department was also responsible for verifying legal compliance, proper security and maintaining the required internal controls. Open communications were maintained with customer service operations regarding liquidation trends, delinquencies and losses.

Managed 115 full time and agency employees at the national inbound call center. Championed the center’s self-managed work team concept and successfully executed the peer performance review process. Achieved proficiency in handling human resource situations of substantial volume and complexity.
