1.Supplier management: Manage and ensure that suppliers meet Tesco technical,ethical and safety standards. Ensure suppliers understand and consistently comply with Tesco product standard. Drive improvement in providing good standard products to customers. Increase the no.of blue sites in the source. -Lead a team of food testing engineers to provide food testing service and technical support to the customers(mainly government such as FDA)-Schedule monthly,quarterly,yearly testing plan for FDA.-Feedback and summarize the food security situation of production, circulation , catering areas on time, e.g. supermarket monthly report. -Provide technical support on troubleshooting technical, application and quality issues with customers and other sales team.-Analyze and resolve technical and application issues for both internal and external customers.-To develop documentation of training material, product and application knowledge for the sampling team.-Worked as internal auditors to help company continuous improvement.-Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of products, applications, features, advantages and benefits

-Develop & maintain our international key accounts customer in Agri-food business field.-Provide regulation / legislation updates in China so as to ensure the compliance;-Monitor the technical audits results for suppliers of overseas customers such as Costco, Rewe.Review the quality performance of the suppliers based on inspection report and test report. -Trained as auditor and inspector to better understanding the needs of customers.-Solve the problem of trade quality disputes between overseas customers.-Coordinate between overseas customers and our sourcing/engineering/QA teams for project managing. -Creatively expand export sales for company by various means of marketing methods.
