I am retired and currently working on two projects as a consultant for Shell. My career in the oil industry spanned 37 years (Gulf Canada – 5; Shell Canada – 32). During that time, I held a variety of management and leadership positions in various classes of business including Manufacturing, Supply Operations, Road & Marine Transportation, Business Development and Terminal Operations. I worked in both an operational and head office setting and managed subject matter experts and teams with annual budgets of up to 100M$.I represented Shell on the the Board of Directors for 4 major Joint Venture pipelines.I am very motivated in getting the job done well and mastering the details. I am not afraid in taking on “difficult” challenges and am perfectly comfortable outside my comfort zone.
