1. Work as project manager and support R&D on new product development in design/Prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT and MP2. Work with cross-functional team on product specification and quality control plan, do onsite check in the factory to ensure the products are properly manufactured. 3. Resolve design, manufacturing and quality issue at different development stages to ensure projects launched on time.4. Work with package team on new package design under consideration of cost, DFM and lead time, work with supplier on the tests to validate the package is workable.5. Do factory audit to potential new supplier and do score audit (based on ISO 9000) to the existing suppliers and present report to Kensington top management for evaluation. Follow up C-TPAT open issues with the suppliers.6. Work with US operations team on supplier chain management which included improvement to MOQ, cost reduction, lead time, inventory liability, payment term and delivery schedule.7. Source new products and suppliers under Kensington development strategy.

1. Create test plan (focus on product reliability features) for new product.2. Implement reliability tests to new products and MP products.3. Present test report with recommendations to relevant departments.4. Do verification test to the units which had complaints from customers.

1. Random Factory Audit, ensure the products in production lines and warehouse are UL compliant, confirm right test procedure and fixtures had been used for our products. 2. Improve supplier’s quality system under manager’s instruction, do onsite resolution to the problems raised during mass production to ensure the products could be delivered on schedule.
