During my time at the Broken Oar, I have developed many skills from the experiences I had during our busy seasons. Along with these skills, it helped me develop into a hardworking person who loves to learn new things and get as much experience as possible. From being one of the first food runners ever be promoted to a cook to learning all the ins and outs to run a kitchen effectively in a short few weeks, I have become a better person and employee.
