Participates in all Lawson IT system testing, including: Load, Stress, Performance, Volume, Batch and Regression Testing. Maintains test plans, test scripts, and documentation of test results/reports for compliance with QA standards. Utilizes IBM Rational Performance Tool and Functional tester products to identify program processing errors and reviews for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.

Create and review all purchase requisitions for accuracy and transmit to vendor within 48 hours of receipt. Review vendor's order confirmation and confirm PO price within 24 hours. Negotiate pricing with vendors. Communicate price discrepancies to contract manager for resolution. Communicate to customer any pricing variances, delivery issues or any requested information within twenty-four hours. Review and resolve buyer messages/invoice discrepancies. Inform contract manager of any credit hold situation that cannot be resolved within one business day. Expedite purchase orders to assure deliveries meet customer requirements. Recommend to cost savings opportunities to contract manager and assist in their implementation. Solicit vendor bids and provide written analysis for management review. Provide monthly activity reports to contract manager.

Procure goods and services for assigned departments. This includes the timely processing of all assigned purchase requisitions. Reviewed, executed and negotiated all requisitions and contracts which included blanket orders, service agreements and one time purchases. Investigated and expedited outstanding purchase orders for assigned departments. Liaison between vendors, accounts payable, and assigned UPHS departments in the resolution of pricing discrepancies between purchase agreements/contract purchase orders.

Responsible for client relations, opportunities identification, employee performance, salary recommendations, training development and plan approval, team and individual employee meetings. Tracking of Systems Support project revenues, profits and expenses and other human resources issues include resource allocation, liaison between service areas and practices, benefits coordination and salary approvals. Developed and implemented a centralized, JIT procurement system for 80 physician practices for the start-up Family Care Division. Directed, managed, coordinated and controlled supplies, services, contracts and capital equipment from acquisition to disposition. Established policies and procedures, conducted quarterly internal audits and performed financial analyses. Departmental liaison for the clinical products committee charged with product and service specifications, requirements, vendor selections and product implementation.

Efficiently managed a department of 32 employees. Responsible for recruitment, scheduling, payroll, grievances, performance appraisals, staff development, labor relations and monthly statistics reporting. Maintained joint responsibility for a $3M annual operating budget.
