Maintained responsibility for the team in Canada with dotted line reports for 6 months after March 2019 during transition whilst taking on role with the company in the USA.

Led a major sourcing initiative to consolidate the management and distribution of a number of large Non-Food categories (Disposables, Chemicals, Equipment, Smallwares, Design & Construction services) to a single supply source (Bunzl) in a 24 month start-to-finish project.Managed a team of 2 (Sourcing Buyer and Sourcing Graduate)Spent 6 months on secondment with Compass Group Ireland managing Non-Food categories with some excellent results, before returning to the UK to run and implement the above transformational project with Bunzl.Won the prestigious company awards for 'Rising Star' and 'Can-do attitude' in 2 successive years.
