My passion is working with high school athletes training speed, strength, balance, and vitality that will follow them their entire career. I have worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fox Creek HS in South Carolina for 6 years. Watching the growth and development of kids over their four years of high school is the most rewarding experience I've had. My goal is to instill good lifting technique and practices to prevent injury and maximize growth. I am entering a M.S. program in the fall to enhance my knowledge and bring more skills to bear while working with my kids.
