PRMI - Built the brand MagniFund Group from a few employees to over 14 offices in 4 states with over 150 employees, in just a year and a half. Through the utilization of PRMI’s backbone of warehouse, and correspondent relationships I built this mortgage company during the mortgage meltdown. Although most mortgage companies were still in the process of shutting down and closing their doors, we were recognized as one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in southern California as mentioned by the San Diego Business Journal. Also recognized in 2009 and 2010 as the 2nd largest mortgage company in San Diego area.

Charter Funding Direct Mortgage Banker- Retail Arm of First Magnus Financial Corp (FMFC)As part of the largest privately held mortgage banker in the nation at that time. I held a dual role as VP of business development and producing Branch Manager. Recognized as #1 top originator my first three 3 years before advancing into upper management.As branch manager my office maintained the top producing branch throughout California out of 50 retail branch office every year. FMFC was forced to close our doors due to the credit liquidity crisis in Aug of 2007 and with over 6000 total employees, this was a very dark time for all in our industry and at that time I decided to build my own company as mentioned in my next endeavor.
