Managed BD – teaming, win themes, research, strategy development, pricing, proposal development, and coordination across the corporate enterprise. Responsible for staff and P&L management, including assignment of personnel, overseas deployment preparation, subcontractor management, hiring actions, and coordination with program control. Developed and implemented business strategies that aligned business unit activities with company strategic goals.• Managed multiple contracts across all phases of the business development lifecycle, contract administration, and contract closeout; spanning Navy (NAVAIR, ONI), Air Force (AFTAC), NGA, NRO, ODNI and USDI. Added two new customers, four new contracts (one prime) and numerous new task orders• Established, managed, refined, and successfully employed the first two PMOs at Riverside Research, setting the standard for the corporation. Hired and trained a Proposal Manager to run the PMOs, leading to task order wins generating $2.5M in new revenue annually.

Built and maintained a network of both subject matter experts and senior executives at many IC and DoD agencies and offices throughout the National Capital Region, with a focus on the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).• Lead NASIC technical representative to NGA's OPIR Program Director. Represented NASIC's OPIR mission and interests at NGA. Provided critical feedback and timely insight into the inner workings of NGA to NASIC.• Instrumental in adding $500+ million to the OPIR program of record through both internal adjustments and external adds, including tens of millions of dollars for NASIC during participation in six NGP build cycles and the development of multiple overguidance packages• Represented NGA and NASIC leadership during multiple OPIR studies that shaped the future of the OPIR capability
