• Staff augmentation to CME network engineering team supporting their high speed, low latency trading network.• Interfacing with CME customers and service providers to resolve any network issue impacting daily trading activities.• Performing in-depth network traffic analysis using tools such as Netscout to identify any packet lost or delay throughout the entire network. • Work with various service providers to optimize WAN circuit path to improve latency.• Support CME customer certification network via Cisco 72xx router running IPSEC over GRE tunnels.

• Principle WAN architect for Hewitt Associates global network responsible for 80+ remote offices and 200+ client connections.• Recent accomplishments include deployment of Aruba wireless network at Hewitt Lincolnshire campus and design and deployment of MPLS WAN supporting the migration from Siemens PBX to Nortel CS2100 VoIP platform.• Subject matter expert on VPN connectivity using Nortel Contivity for remote access and Cisco router for branch office and client connections. • Secure VPN connection to remote sites using standard security methods including ACL and firewall.• Interact with various vendors for product evaluations, and make product recommendations to management.• Provide direction to operation staff during projects and serve as level III problem escalation point.
