I currently lead a service team and act as systems owner for all campus departmental-owned software systems. From RFP to implementation, I act as liaison between stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams in a project manager/Business Analyst role that allows me to add value while exhibiting strong vendor relations, requirements gathering and analysis, and user story mapping via Agile, Waterfall, and Kaban practices. I facilitate the maintenance, and continuous improvement of these systems via incident and problem management (ITIL) by utilizing TeamDynamix ticketing and knowledge base article creation for campus-wide consumption.

In this role I was able to provide value to our stake-holders through deployment and maintenance of all technological devices for this prestigious K-12 independent private school. Each day I ensured the highest degree of service for training and support of 900 faculty, staff and students. I acted as systems owner for campus security badging and access system and coordinated event management AV for special VIP events (Commencement, Board of Trustee). I also facilitated the creation and deployment of annual updated software images via SCCM, Jamf Cloud solutions.

In this role my main focus was on incident management and knowledge base documentation for incident response and resolution. I also facilitated deployment and management of cellular devices for entire Anschutz Medical campus. Lastly, I broke down silos while collaborating with all branches of IT to complete campus-wide technology initiatives.
