About Robert Mccurdy

Glad to meet you! I'm a transitioning Army Warrant Officer with an innate passion for teaching and mentoring others. My mantra? Ensuring compliance and safety protocols are met with precision – let's just say I've got an OCD-level attention to detail. My journey to the Army is a tad unconventional. I kicked off my career in hospitality management after college. But when 9/11 struck on my 21st birthday, it was a call to duty I couldn't ignore. Who wouldn't want to fly? Despite the Air Force's ability to make me an officer, but no guarantee of a flying role, I was determined to fly, echoing the legacies of family aviators. And the Army made the guarantee. Doesn't everyone have a similar story of how we ended up in the branch we did? This young man's dream led me straight to the cockpit of an Apache helicopter in the Army.Flying has been thrilling, but the true magic for me has been in instruction. It's been an immense honor guiding both budding and seasoned pilots, ensuring they possess the right knowledge to soar and return home safely. While up in the air, I've relentlessly ensured that safety and compliance are second nature at every tier of the Army.Outside of aviation, I've always been drawn to financial education and investments. It's been a side passion that's grown over the years. Now, as I navigate to the next chapter of my life, I'm excited to pivot toward helping individuals, companies, and organizations solidify their financial foundations, wellness, and again safety. So, here I am – searching for my next mission, eager to discover the next challenge and determine who I can assist next. Let's connect and explore how I can add value to your journey!🚁📚💼🌟
