I'm passionate about cooking. I have been since I started working at 16 in the culinary field. Over the years I have homed my skills, I learned catering and the ins and outs of the business. I have a trade in Culinary Arts and several certfications. I took an internship at the Goverment building in the Cafe before being hired in. I worked there until it closed. I made my way to Chillis allowing the opportunity to perfect my knife skills as the main Prep Cook. I love cooking but it does not allow me to express all my creativity, therefore I am back in school for my Bachelors in writing for film, television, and digital media. One of my goals for 2020 is to acquire a food truck embarking on something new.
