Monitor production lines to ensure that product is running efficiently, test equipment is operational; HACCP, food safety, safety and operational procedure are being followed.Completed production and reports including, efficiencies, staffing, time keeping and downtime. Responsible for new employee orientation, employee and safety training. Administration of progressive discipline and performance management program in a unionized environment.
