With 20 over years and 3 generations of experience in the Coffee growing, production, manufacturing, roasting , plant design and installation, I strive to make the process from bean to cup more streamlined and eco friendly as possible, whilst maintaining the highest quality.My latest achievements is the redesign of the current "wet process" facility to include machinery designed by myself and the continued pursuit of an even cleaner future, by now designing and incorporating a new heat pump method of drying the coffee, utilising the 1 Megawatt of power we produce on the plantation each day from our Commercial solar systems.
