Overseeing a team of 40+ staff over multiple departments & coordinating with the management to ensure exceptional standards are maintained at all times. Analysing customer reviews weekly, with the aim to achieve and maintain positive feedback.• Finance – Forecasting schedules in line with expected business levels to be able to achieve monthly budget targets. Implementing strategies and incentives to help increase turnover and SPH across all areas. Preparing and analysing weekly financial reports to record venue performance to monitor & identify areas of strength and weakness.• Team development – Implementation of training structures to allow for progression within the operation, encourage staff retention and maintain a high level of morale. Execution of venue specific training material to provide a support structure for new starters to learn and grow. Taking review feedback to further tailor training needs regularly.• Stock management – Collaborate with beverage team to achieve weekly GP targets. Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and rotation takes place regularly to minimise unnecessary waste.
