Current• Designed, engineered, and implemented 15 full outside plant, inside plant and electrical projects for USARC G2/6. Successfully delivered all efforts within 8 months.• Built a project to engineer, design, procure, and install local area network data and voice building infrastructure for the US Army Reserve Command’s new construction projects, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and USACAPOC Layer 1 OSI, 2, and 3. This includes HOLOCOM PDS, Passive Optical Networks (PONs), SVTC, SIPR/NIPR cable plant and data and VoIP network installations.. • Directly manage 10 engineers, 2 project coordinators, 2 warehouse and network configuration technicians, and 26 Network Installation Specialists. • Manage USAR and ARNG Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Military Construction Army Reserve (MCAR), Real Property Exchange (RPX), and Full Facility Restoration (FFR) sites.• Manage all Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) data extensions, configuration, test, and physical installation.• Manage USACAPOC Layer 1 OSI, 2, and 3 network implementations. This includes HOLOCOM PDS, Passive Optical Networks (PONs), SIPR/NIPR data and voice cable plants, network installations and SVTC Implementations. • Developed and maintained Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and related dictionaries, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), Budgets, and Estimates at Completion (EACs), as well as the implementation of Earned Value methodologies. • Performed risk management, including the development of Quantitative Risk Analysis Matrices (QRAMs).• Daily interaction with Government, Corporate, and other key, functional and support organizations. • Performed a full range of managerial duties for those employees under supervision, including recruitment, salary administration, performance reviews, and career development. • Contributed to Corporate initiatives for Project Management and Project Controls Training and Mentoring programs.
