We are primarily a Combating Human Trafficking and combating Domestic Violence IRS approved 501c (3) non profit organization. We proactively and aggressively provide support to victims (our clients) through a variety of means. We have several pillars, one of which is education to to increase awareness of the signs of Human Trafficking Victims and Domestic Violence Victims. We conduct active rescues in coordination with local, State or Federal Law Enforcement. We are currently seeking to build many sizes of specialty treatment centers across the USA and overseas, the larger in residence treatment centers will be at least 1,000 beds with 1,500 transitional housing beds. Our unique treatment program will help victims not just survive, but thrive. We have a 2 year (plus or minus) modular treatment program that is one of a kind and entirely victim centered.We do not draw the line at 18 years old. We offer appropriate educational training, to include paid 2 to 4 years of college. Each victim will leave our facility with a free protection K9 for companionship and protection if they wish, job placement assistance, 6 months of follow on financial and out patient support. Varying diversity of units ranging from a rotary wing black hawk BN, counter drug UH-72 Lakota rotary wing, fixed wing operational support activity aircraft, a Combat Service Support Battalion, a light-medium truck company, a military police company, a public affairs detachment, administrative oversight of the NJ Army National Guard Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction).

Primary duties included multi source intelligence operations and ensuring the training and operational readiness of approximately 1,000 Soldiers. Units supervised included a Combat Service Support Battalion, a water purification and distribution company, a military police company, a finance battalion with its several detachments, and administrative oversight of a defense contracting team.

Supervising various specialists on the team from CBRN professionals, medical professionals, modeling professionals, mobile CBRN identification laboratory, Satellite and RF Communications crew. On site Commander, coordinating team efforts in support of the incident commander and 21st CST (WMD) Commander's objectives.

Senior Corrections Officer responsible for the care and custody of inmates assigned to the special needs unit at South Woods State Prison. I value this experience in my life as it taught me many valuable lessons about how to communicate with people effectively despite many challenges. I also learned the value of conflict resolution.

Primarily responsible for coordinating the highly specialized training of the members of the 21st Civil Support Team (WMD). Planned and conducted over 72 WMD joint and inter-agency exercises to ensure the team was capable of executing its mission with its primary and secondary partners within the DOD CBRN enterprise and State of NJ agencies, to include the NJ State Police HMRU, and NJ State Police Office of Emergency Management as well as its Federal partners such as the FBI, DOE, etc.

Responsible for deploying and leading an Armed Response Force to protect vital equipment necessary for the safe shut down of the nuclear reactors.
