• Charged with the training, readiness, and maintenance of a platoon consisting of 3 howitzer sections, one fire direction section, and one headquarters section: totaling over $12 million in equipment and 35 personnel. • Planned, organized, resourced, and managed the platoon’s training progression over the course of 6 months, resulting in the successful certification and qualification of the platoon during 10 field training exercises, 7 live fire exercises, and a rotation to the National Training Center.

• Served as Contracting Officer Representative overseeing existing contracts for life support and maintenance. I was responsible for renewing existing contracts as well as establishing new ones. For this, my largest project was creating a contracting solution to provide containerized housing units for 100 soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and officers. • Managed 3 fire support teams consisting of 8 personnel and responsible for personnel management, equipment readiness, and professional development and training of the soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers. • Deployed to Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve for 9 months, and responsibilities included working with various multinational teams with U.S. and Coalition Forces and supporting over 160 reassurance patrols along the Demarcation Line in the Manbij enclave of Northwestern Syria.
