I am an experienced Administrator/Coordinator with excellent customer service & communication skills, currently employed by Beta Marine as a Spares Administrator.For Beta Marine I work in the After-Sales team to look after the customers who have bought their engines, providing them with low-level technical support, spares advice & sales of replacement parts for their engines. I am also involved in assisting the Warranty Manager & Technical Director in returns of components & materials back to suppliers being an important part of our returns & quality control processes. I provide refunds / credits & replacements of items for customers & assist with debt resolution & invoice query resolution.I supported Arjo UK Ltd Dealers. This had me looking after almost all of the functions related to their Dealer business directly, dealing with sales enquiries, technical support, solution design support, sales order processing, order chasing, delivery expediting. I also create official communications, manage & control the Dealer price-list, any dealer sales promotions, assisting with lead generation, sales & performance reports & analysis along with any other information processing required.I supported the Project Design Team & provided admin, sales & some technical assistance when needed, I assisted occasionally with the setting up of accounts for sub-contracts work, assisted on a few tenders & helped to resolve invoicing queries for that team providing evidence & support to customers.I have had a career which has ranged across several industries in support & supervisory roles. After leaving school I joined a company as a management trainee, I left to take a greater involvement in the transport business run by my family at a directorial level & after the close of that business sought work to support my own family. I spent a number of years within the retail, wholesale & pharmaceutical sectors as a Logistics professional dealing with both supply chain & customer service demands until deciding I wished to concentrate on customer-service focused roles as looking after customers is the activity I most enjoy.I am good at roles where my broad range of business experience & excellent customer service skills can be put to good use, I am highly adaptable & have a knack for figuring things out.
