Managed all incoming and outgoing communications for Capital Football. Maintained all digital channels (website, Facebook, Twitter, e-Newsletter) as well as weekly stakeholder emails. Developed and implemented Communications and Marketing plans and ensure placement of football activities are prevalent in the local and national press environment.Carried out marketing campaigns online and manage various events with external and internal stakeholders.Organised and oversaw the National Age Group Tournament in 2014 &2015 which involves 420 footballers playing in Wellington for five days. Created the budget and arranged flights, accommodation, press coverage, referees, playing grounds and sponsorship for this event.Developed and implemented a Ground Allocation Policy which uses data collected from past seasons and stakeholder satisfaction surveys to fairly allocate various playing grounds in Wellington to certain grades. Ensures that all players are receiving a similar service for their fees regardless of the level of grade they are playing at.Also managed operations for Senior men's football which involves overseeing the running of 35 leagues from Wellington to Levin, booking playing grounds, working within budgets, nullifying risks and dealing with closures, uploading results and ruling on breaks of regulations during competitions.

Worked as the lone reporter for the Independent Herald, a weekly newspaper which covered the North Wellington area. I was required to produce approximately 30 articles per week across a number of subjects as well as taking and adjusting photographs for each article.This role required me to have superb time-management skills as there were extreme time-pressures to complete the paper ahead of printing time each week.I was also in charge of sub-editing my paper which taught me not only to write to a publishable standard in a short period of time, but also honed my attention to detail and proof reading skills.
