Contracted by Group 4 Securicor, Kazakhstan to manage a guard force of 850 personnel responsible for all aspects of secuirty for a $7 billion Oil Processing construction project in Tengiz. Completed October 2009.-Responsible for the security and community policing of a construction village housing 11,000mixed sex, multi-ethnic residents.-Constantly developing the security plan to meet the changing stages and facets of the project.

Contacted by Group 4 Securicor, Kazakhstan to manage a large multi skilled guard force. Managing the security of all facilities belonging to Tengizchevoil. Responsible for all aspects of fulfilling the contract for security services to the clients.-Physical security of offices, residential villages, hotels, transportation, terminuses, work sites, storage facilities and field areas.-Providing manned guarding, investigation, surveys, traffic regulation, VIP escorts, emergency response, physical and technical security specialists and law enforcement liaison.- Responsible for the management, welfare and discipline of over 500 trained personnel.-Working within budgets and time frames.-Providing Sound and proven security solutions.-Ensuring that the best codes of guarding and investigation practice and international standards are adopted and maintained. Utilizing BS 7499 as a foundation.-Oversee all internal investigations are carried out to international best practice and in accordance with RoK legislation.

Contacted by the Control Risk Group to provide operational security management to Her majesty's Embassies in Cairo, Moscow, Hong Kong and Beijing.-Liaise with senior Embassy management regarding delegated security tasks.-Manage security staff in support of the Embassy security plan.-Maintin guard command, control and signal systems.-Control Access to the embassy and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.-Monitor all security systems, including alarms, CCTV, communciation and others.-Train guard staff in all guard responsibilities and conduct refresher trainin.
